Offsite 2025: Transforming Lives with Compassion at Aashray Care Home

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we recently visited Aashray Care Home in Jaipur—a sanctuary of hope for children impacted by HIV and AIDS.

A Legacy of Care and Compassion

Founded in 2006 by the Positive Women Network of Rajasthan, Aashray Care Home was established to combat the stigma and challenges faced by children living with HIV. It serves as a safe haven for vulnerable children, many of whom are single or double orphans in need of specialized care.

During our visit, we had the honor of meeting Mrs. Sushila, the Founder of Aashray Care Home, who shared the organization’s inspiring journey. From its modest beginnings to its transformative impact, her stories highlighted the immense challenges these children endure, including social discrimination and health issues. She emphasized the care home’s unwavering dedication to providing emotional, educational, and medical support. Mrs. Sushila also shared heartfelt accounts of the children’s achievements, celebrating their academic successes and personal milestones despite the odds.

A Day of Joy and Connection

The visit was marked by warmth and joyful connections. The children welcomed us with bright smiles and infectious enthusiasm. A series of enchanting dance performances showcased their talent and creativity, filling the day with energy and inspiration. Encouraged by their vibrancy, members of B-TRNSFRMD joined the celebrations, dancing with the children and fostering a sense of unity and shared happiness.

Our CEO and Founder, Gans Subramanian, delivered an uplifting speech, underscoring the importance of community collaboration to create a brighter future for the next generation. His words resonated deeply, aligning our CSR objectives with the mission of Aashray Care Home.
